How to check if an airline allows ticket voiding (Amadeus)
Solution
Display the airline to verify the VOID indicator is set to Y HE ETT on pages.
- Enter:
HE ETT xx(xx= airline code) - In the
MARKETcolumn, find your Market and in theREFERENCEcolumn enter the corresponding reference. - Enter
MDas many times as necessary to reach theVOID EXCHANGE/REISSUEinformation (if the airline allows CANCELLATION, it must be done on the same day of reissue).

- Y = ALLOWED
- N = NOT ALLOWED
In all cases, remember that you can only cancel a document that has not yet been confirmed by your local BSP/ARC.
When viewing a query report, you can identify a confirmed document by an asterisk ( * ), which is displayed next to the sequence number.
If the airline allows the functionality, exchanged tickets can be canceled on the same day they were issued.
