The five mandatory elements of a Passenger Name Record (PNR) are:
- Phone: The phone number of the traveler or travel agent
- Received from: The name of the last person who made changes to the PNR
- Itinerary: Details of the itinerary, including at least one segment of the journey
- Name: The full first and last name of the passenger or passengers
- Ticketing: Information about how and when the ticket will be issued
