How to Encode and Decode Airlines, Countries, States, Cities, Currencies, and Equipment in Amadeus


 

Procedure

Codes are used for locations, airlines, companies and equipment in the entries you use in Amadeus. Different entries exist to encode or decode  for example airlines and city or airport codes. The encode and decode transactions allows you to:

  • Display the code for a full name.
  • Display the full name for a code.

You can also find airline or airport codes on the internet.

Encode and decode entries:
