INSERT NAMES into AMADEUS GROUPS from EXCEL

Today we are going to see how to introduce names in Amadeus groups by inserting them in EXCEL format. We will no longer have to do NM1 SOLER / JAVIER, ... This entry will be very useful to you:

- We recover PNR in Amadeus from the cryptic screen:

- Click on "Show in graphical mode" : It takes us to the Amadeus graphical mode

- Click on "download template file" : An Excel table will be enabled so that we can include the names. Sometimes we see "export file"

- We open the Excel that is generated and appears in the lower left part and we enter the names and/or data of the passengers.

Booking File_Template Amadeus

Once the names are saved, we close Excel.

- We import the file by clicking on " Import File"

This excel file is located in "Team Downloads". Double-clicking it returns you to the graphical mode and click on " import selected data " to save the names entered in the group reservation.

Then we return to the cryptic mode by clicking on "show command page"

At this point we will have the names entered in the Amadeus PNR. We will only have to save the changes with ER. This operation has not only made our work much faster, but also prevented errors
